Privacy policy
Last updated 5 August 2026
This policy explains what Ansel Collective LLC (“Ansel”, “we”) collects when you use weareansel.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. That means the name, email address, and optional phone number you enter when you request a report, book a strategy session, or complete the application form. If you tell us about your business in that form, we keep that too.
Our host also records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps — which are used for security and aggregate traffic counts, not to build a profile of you.
What we do with it
We use your details to send you the thing you asked for, to follow up about a session you requested, and occasionally to send a growth letter from Christian. That is the entire list.
We do not sell your personal information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who else touches your data
We use a small number of processors to run the business: an email and CRM platform to store contact records and deliver messages, a hosting provider to serve this site, and an analytics tool to count visits. Each of them only receives what they need to perform that function.
Cookies
This site uses a small number of cookies to remember your light or dark theme preference and to measure aggregate traffic. You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time; the site will still work.
How long we keep it
We keep contact records for as long as it is useful to the relationship, and we delete them on request. Server logs rotate out on our host’s standard schedule.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing does not require a conversation.
Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under the GDPR or the CCPA. We honour those requests regardless of where you are.
Children
This site is for business owners. It is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
